1) Scenery

After living somewhere as pretty as Switzerland for a year, I needed somewhere that could compete
2) Korean Food
Vegetables, spices and rice. Yum Yum Yum!! Kimchi being one of the most popular dishes - spicy fermented cabbage.I love trying new foods, so lets go Korea!! I also like the idea of sitting on the floor on a cushion to eat. <3
3)Festivals <3

From lantern festivals, to the Miracle Sea Festival to the Muju Firefly Festival - And well, I do love a good festival.
4) Customs
I love learning what to do/ what not to do in a place. Here are a few of my favourites -
Rather than pouring their own drinks, Koreans pour for one another. It is a bad breach of etiquette to pour your own drink.
When you receive something (a present, a cup, a pen, etc.) from an older person, you should use two hands when receiving it, with a bow. If it's small enough for one hand, use one hand to receive it and the other under your forearm or your lower chest (for support). When you are shaking hands with an older person, use two hands. If the person receiving the gift is younger or lower in stature, passing with one hand is acceptable.
5) Soju (taken from this blog)
Soju is drunk out of shot glasses, and like all liquor in Korea, it’s always served with food. Koreans drink in boisterous groups, regularly clinking glasses, while shouting geonbae! (cheers) and one shot-uh!
At night you will see men coming out of norae bang (karaoke rooms) and staggering through the streets, laughing, singing and arguing. Just be sure to avoid the puddles of reddish-vomit often left behind, which are also known as kimchi flowers.

Awww they call there vom kimchi flowers, how poetic haha, I can't wait to hear what you get up to along with the pics! x
