I guess that's what happens when you find a house and a job in a week! One out of two aint bad!
I realised after the second day of training that I wasn't going to like the job - but I decided to keep going......
I messaged my trainer from my job that I had before I went to Switzerland to see if, they happened to have any temporary jobs going (I thought it was a complete long shot) but luckily for me, they were holding the last day of interviews that day! So I had to leave training half way throughout the day (Seeyabyeeeee) and the next thing I know, I have my old job back! Yay!
A much better company to work for, I know people and it's not selling!
I joined not only one gym, but 2! One is a super cheap one that was near my first job, and near my house. The second one is next door to my new job and is a lot nicer saunas and swimming pool yay! So Monday - Thursday I have been going to the one near work and Sat/Sunday the one near my house!
I moved into my place in Newcastle - it's so good to have a double bed again!! I have an attic room (which is pretty much the same size as my whole house in Korea) and there's a separate living room and kitchen....and two bathrooms....would you believe it!! I'm not used to all the stairs though, and managed to fall down them on the way to work yesterday...FAIL.
The girls came up for a few days to Newcastle and it I loved showing them around, we managed to fit in both the classy and the trashy parts of our night out....and had five people sleeping in my room.....luckily for me I'm a very deep drunk sleeper - that didn't work out quite so well or the other two in bed with me, haha oops!
I celebrated Halloween in Newcastle at a party in the art gallery - so many people had dressed up - I loved it.....also the fun of freaking out Koreans was missing! My face meant that we weren't allowed in one bar.....however it came in handy later on when we were frantically searching for a taxi and one driver said he picked us up as he really like my costume...score!
From faking Bonfire night for the past 3 years with home-made toffee apples and sparklers it was a bit of a shock to remember how busy Bonfire night could be. We headed to Saltwell park and watched 20 mins of fireworks (unfortunately there were no hearts or smiley faces - Korea, you have ruined me) with sooooo many people (my phone died so I didn't manage to take pictures - but I stole a few from Louise) and I had a hotdog and a fair dummy!
Christmas adverts have started to appear on TV and I'm starting to get that warm feeling inside!! I've watched Elf and the Christmas jumpers are begging to come out- I'm holding on that little bit longer and just allowing myself to have my Christmas hat at the moment!
Somehow someone managed to hack my Skype accont and make £60's worth of calls to West Africa...luckily Skype were really good at noticing this and are refunding all the money!!
- Carry on working 8-5 (wahhhh)
- Keep hitting the gym - have been pretty good and going at least 4 days a week for the last month
- Go home for my Daddys birthdayyyyy <3
- The ice rink in Newcastle opens so I'll be going thereeee
