December - It'ssssss Christmasssss! (1 year 4 months!)

December was a VERY busy month filled with lottttttts of festive activities!!

Week 1

We checked out the Christmas lights by Daegu tower and went out to celebrate Tom's birthday!

Week 2

We got together and watched Friends Christmas episodes and got dressed up for Santa Con. Tip of the day - don't try to play catchup after just eating soup all day. It will not end well. If you're me - you will think you are back in England and drunk dial Katherine and then spend the next day throwing up hating life. FML.

Week 3 (The calm before the storm)

Myself and Jo checked out HnM after a 'couple' of glasses of wine.....and a packet of salt and vinegar crisps.I had a few movie nights with mulled wine and when that ran out regular wine. We headed to Novotel for a few drinks on the Saturday. I attempted to make tacos for myself and Jo..... however we had a slight kitchen malfunction (my kitchen set on fire)....

luckily I had some more!! We also checked out the Christmas parade on the Sunday.

Week 4 (the week of all the birthdays!)

Monday - we had Winnie's birthday. Ice skating and sushi :)

Tuesday - Christmas Eve night out and then we made our way to the hostel. I pretended to be Santa and left stockings on everyones bed as they slept ( I am not a quiet drunk Santa)

Wednesday - Santa's birthday!! Christmas day was spent at the hostel <3

Thursday - I had a terrible sickness that meant I had to take the day off school

Friday - Joannes Birthday - Rock N Tacos, Bombay lounge and Thursday Party

Saturday -Adams Birthday - 80's themed night!! The guesthouse followed by Norebang - amazing night!

Sunday - Myyyy birthdayyy! We headed to Monster Pizza for my fave pizza in Korea and then back to mine and watched Big Daddy!

New Years

I decided to head to Busan for New Years as a last minute change of plan as I was beginning to feel like I had done an overload of Daegu in the previous week and I needed a change of scenery. So I headed onto the Rage Train. Chugga Chugga - Choo Choo and made my way to Busan.

We chilled around the KSU area (my faveeee) managed to go to Blue Monkey which was back on form, Eva's, Underground Vinyl and Thursday party. I needed a 3am kebab to help sober myself up so that we could stay awake to watch the sunrise...

We finally managed to take a 45 min rest in a norebang after unsuccessfully looking for a dvd bang around Haeundae. After waking up cold and sleepy, we managed to meet back up with most people and see all the balloons being released into the sky! It was pretty and I was glad we stayed to watch it....but it was bloody freezing...and walking in the sand with platform heels is not cool.... so we made our way back to Daegu at around 10am! Happy New Year everyoneeee!! <3 <3

Why is everyone else so sober at 730 am...... oh yeahhh....
